The bedroom.

This room is exposed to the East and the sun shines into it in the morning.
This exposure allows a relative coolness during the summer, which is assisted by the reversible individual air conditioning.
In this apartment, the bed gets vertical and fits into a cupboard which is increasing the available space during the day.
This friendly room is endowed with a sofa, two armchairs and is equipped with "TNT" TV
(18 additional channels).
You will find a wardrobe / closet where you will be able to put all your clothes.
 NB. The ledger is composed of slats and the mattress (Pirelli) is 18 centimeters high. 
The kitchen

Exposed to the South, the kitchen is a wide room and can easily welcome 6 guests for dinner.
There is a direct access to the garden by a picture window with sliding doors.
This opening helps the ventilation of the apartment by realizing a draught with the bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / a deep freeze, a microwave oven, 2 gas hotplates, a ventilation hood, and all the necessary equipment for the cooking.
You will access the bathroom through this room.
The bathroom

 The bathroom does not have a window but is equipped with a 'VMC' (controlled mechanic ventilation).
 It is endowed with a shower plus a thermostatic tap, and with a basin covering the width of the room.

This apartment has an independent access made through the garden. It is exposed to the South, in front of the 'pergola'.
This apartment is equipped with an independent and reversible air conditioning.

There is a 'bed bridge' in this apartment with a lot of room available to put clothes inside.
A TV Set is available including "TNT" (18 additional channels).
NB. 
The ledger is composed of slats and the mattress (Pirelli) is 18 centimeters high. 
 The kitchen

The kitchen is on the right when entering the apartment.
The TV set is on an articulated arm so you will be able view it from the kitchen or from the bedroom. 
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / deep freeze; a microwave oven, 2 electric hotplates, a ventilation hood, a table with 4 chairs and all the necessary equipment for the kitchen.
The bathroom

This bedroom is exposed to the East. The sun shines into it in the morning. You will benefit from a relative coolness due to this exposure. This apartment is including a reversible individual air conditioning.
In this apartment,
the bed gets vertical and fits into a cupboard which is increasing the space available during the day. It is endowed with an armchair, a desk and is equipped with a TV set with "TNT" (18 additional channels).
You will be able to put all your clothes into a cupboard / closet.
NB. The ledger is in slats and the mattress is a "pirelli" of 18 centimeters.

The kitchen is exposed to North, making this apartment the coolest of all.
It is equipped with a refrigerator / deep freeze, a microwave oven, 2 gas hotplates, a ventilation hood; 
a table, 4 chairs and all the necessary equipment for the cooking.
You will access the toilets through this room. 
The bathroom

The 'Rue de la Coume' passes on the North of the house. This street is a dead end, traffic is very little as this is a residential area. The railway line, in the South, is used only by trains circulating between 7 am and 8 pm (about ten trains a day) so there is no noise during the night.
A collective washing machine is located in a small room outside the apartments.
The access is made:
- Through the gate located to the right
for pedestrians,
- Through the remote-controlled portal for cars.
 NB: the room being relatively limited, you will kindly be asked to respect the marking on the ground.
The conviviality

During your stay, an aperitif is organized for all guests, except particular constraint and you will be more than welcomed.
This is usually creating a certain conviviality between the guests of the house!
According to the weather conditions, we will enjoy this aperitif in the garden (under the pergola) or in front of the apartments, sometimes until late at night!
The back of the house
( south side)

This part of the garden, exposed to the South, is particularly sunny.
A barbecue is at everybody's disposal.
At the bottom, you will be able to spread your washed clothes. (Clothes pegs are supplied)
